Accessibility Statement

We want this site and both offices to be usable by everyone, and we treat accessibility as continuing work rather than a finished claim. If you hit a barrier on a page or in an office, tell us and we will fix it or find you another route to the same thing.

Our Commitment

Ongoing work, not a finished claim

Clinical Neurology Specialists is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. Accessibility is treated as continuing work rather than a box that has been ticked, and we review it as the site changes.

We aim to follow widely recognised accessibility guidance in how the site is built — meaningful heading structure, text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast for body text, visible keyboard focus, and respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference. Where we fall short of that aim, we want to know.

Many of our patients live with conditions that affect vision, balance, movement, fatigue or attention. That is not an abstract consideration here, and it is why we would rather be told about a barrier directly than have someone give up on the page.

In Our Offices

Practical access at both locations

Parking on site

Both offices have parking on site — 7751 W. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas and 1691 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson.

Tell us about mobility needs

Raise them on the booking call rather than on the day. A long walk from a parking space matters, and arrangements can be made in advance.

Interpreters

Mention an interpreter requirement when you book, so time can be allocated properly. A consultation through translation genuinely takes longer.

Bring what you need

Hearing aids and reading glasses in particular. Sensory impairment affects cognitive test scores independently of memory, so bring them to any assessment.

Reporting a Barrier

How to tell us, and what happens next

If you encounter a page you cannot use, a document you cannot read, or a barrier in either office, call 702-804-1212 or use the contact form and describe what happened and where. Telling us the page address and what you were trying to do is the fastest route to a fix.

We will acknowledge your report and tell you what we can do and when. Where a fix will take time, we will offer an alternative way to get the same information or complete the same task in the meantime — including simply having a member of the team do it with you over the phone.

This statement describes our approach and our commitment. It is not a certification, and we do not claim the site has been formally audited against a specific conformance level.

Where this sits, and what it draws on

Several of our patients live with conditions that affect vision, balance or fatigue directly — vertigo and balance, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. Practical guidance sits on the patient resources page, and the full list is on the conditions hub.

We aim to follow the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Rights of access to healthcare services are set out by the U.S. Department of Justice ADA information line, and patient-facing condition material is available from NINDS.

Clinical Neurology Specialists performs no surgery and operates no imaging suite, infusion suite or interventional pain programme, and provides no paediatric, emergency or inpatient care.

Accessibility FAQs

Access and assistance

How to get help, and what we can do.

How do I report an accessibility problem?
Call 702-804-1212 or use the contact form, and describe what happened, which page you were on, and what you were trying to do. That detail is what makes a fix possible rather than a guess. We will acknowledge the report and tell you what we can do and by when.
Can someone help me complete a form over the phone?
Yes. If a form on this site is difficult to use for any reason, the team can take the same information over the phone instead. That is a standing alternative rather than a special arrangement, and it applies to appointment requests and records requests alike.
Do you claim a specific conformance level?
No. This statement describes our approach and our ongoing commitment rather than certifying a formal conformance level, because we have not published the result of an independent audit. We aim to follow widely recognised guidance, and where we fall short we would rather be told.
Are both offices accessible?
Both have parking on site. Because individual needs differ considerably, the most reliable thing is to raise your specific requirement on the booking call rather than on the day, so arrangements can be confirmed for the office you are attending and the appointment can be planned around it.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, and for some appointments it is actively useful — a memory assessment reaches a firmer conclusion with an informant present, and balance testing requires someone to drive you home. Mention it when you book so the room and the timing can accommodate an additional person.
What if I need materials in a different format?
Ask, and we will do what we can — including reading a document to you over the phone or providing information in a different form. Spanish-language information sits across this site, and the physician referral form is available in English and Spanish.

Emergency & crisis resources: Clinical Neurology Specialists is not an emergency service. For stroke symptoms, a seizure lasting more than five minutes or any medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
