Careers at CNS

A physician-owned practice where clinical decisions are made by the people doing the clinical work. Openings are not listed here because a stale listing wastes your time — call and ask what is genuinely open. Speculative enquiries are welcome for clinical and administrative roles.

Who We Are

Independent, and organised around diagnosis

Clinical Neurology Specialists has been physician-owned and independent since 1998. There is no corporate owner setting appointment lengths or testing policy from outside the practice — the people deciding how long an appointment runs and which study is appropriate are the same people performing the examination.

The practice fields five board-certified neurologists and four advanced practice providers across two fully equipped offices in Las Vegas and Henderson. Both hold AANEM accreditation for their electrodiagnostic laboratories independently, and the practice was the first physician-owned outpatient EDX laboratory in Nevada to reach exemplary status.

It is an active research site, partnered with the Global Alzheimer's Platform Foundation, and it has been recognised with Top Doctor honours between 2009 and 2024.

What We Look For

Across clinical and administrative roles

Accuracy over speed

The practice is built around getting the diagnosis right. That standard applies to scheduling and records as much as to interpretation.

Plain communication

Explaining things in language a patient can act on, and saying plainly when something is outside our scope.

Bilingual ability, particularly Spanish

Valued throughout the practice. In neurology the words a patient chooses are the clinical data.

Comfort with accredited process

Accreditation means peer review of actual reports. Working to a documented standard is part of the job, not an audit event.

How to Enquire

Send it even if nothing is posted

Current openings are not listed on this page, because a stale listing wastes your time. Call 702-804-1212 or use the contact form to ask what is open, and the team will tell you what is actually current rather than what was current when a page was last edited.

Speculative enquiries are welcome. Send a CV, the type of role you are looking for, whether you are seeking clinical or administrative work, and which office is realistic for your commute — both are in the Las Vegas valley, one on West Flamingo Road and one on West Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson.

For clinical roles, include your licensure and certification status and any electrodiagnostic or EEG experience, since those capabilities sit at the centre of what the practice does.

Where this sits, and what it draws on

The clinical work itself is described across the site — EMG and nerve conduction, EEG and memory assessment give a fair picture, and the diagnostic testing hub lists the full menu.

Accreditation standards the laboratories work to are published by the AANEM; professional guidance comes from the American Academy of Neurology, and the research programme is run with the Global Alzheimer's Platform Foundation.

Clinical Neurology Specialists performs no surgery and operates no imaging suite, infusion suite or interventional pain programme, and provides no paediatric, emergency or inpatient care.

Careers FAQs

Working here

What people ask before enquiring.

Are there current openings?
They are not listed here, deliberately, because a stale listing wastes your time and a page cannot be edited as fast as a schedule changes. Call 702-804-1212 or use the contact form and the team will tell you what is genuinely open now, which is a one-question conversation.
Do you accept speculative applications?
Yes. Send a CV with the type of role you are looking for, whether you are seeking clinical or administrative work, and which office is realistic for your commute. For clinical roles, include licensure and certification status and any electrodiagnostic or EEG experience, since those sit at the centre of the practice.
Which locations do you hire for?
Both offices, and they are both in the Las Vegas valley: 7751 W. Flamingo Road in Las Vegas and 1691 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson. Some roles rotate between the two, so it is worth saying in your enquiry whether either is workable for you or only one.
Is bilingual ability valued?
Yes, particularly Spanish, and across clinical and administrative roles. In neurology the diagnosis frequently rests on precisely how a symptom is described, so the ability to take that history in a patient's own language is a clinical capability rather than a convenience.
What is the practice like to work in?
Physician-owned and independent since 1998, which means clinical decisions are made by the people doing the clinical work rather than set externally. Both laboratories are accredited, so working to a documented standard with peer review of actual reports is part of ordinary practice rather than an occasional audit.
Do you take students or offer observation?
Ask directly, because it depends on the period and the role. The team will tell you what is possible rather than what a page claims, and it is worth including in your enquiry what you are hoping to observe and over what timeframe so it can be answered properly.

Emergency & crisis resources: Clinical Neurology Specialists is not an emergency service. For stroke symptoms, a seizure lasting more than five minutes or any medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
