Every neurologist in the practice is board-certified, and four advanced practice providers work alongside them. The Las Vegas office draws on the same group as the Henderson office rather than operating as a satellite with narrower cover.
Leo Germin, M.D., FAANEM founded the practice in 1998 and it remains physician-owned. Ownership decides who sets the clinical standard, which is why it is stated plainly rather than left implied.
Electrodiagnostic testing is interpreted here by the ordering neurologist, not sent out. That is what allows a study to be extended during the appointment when an early finding raises a new question.
All six in-office studies are performed and interpreted here: EMG and nerve conduction studies, routine EEG, ambulatory EEG, evoked potentials, transcranial Doppler and VNG balance testing. The laboratory holds AANEM accreditation independently of the Henderson office, and the practice was the first physician-owned outpatient electrodiagnostic laboratory in Nevada to reach the association's exemplary status rating.

Clinical Neurology Specialists is adult outpatient neurology for patients 18 and older. The practice performs no surgery and operates no imaging suite, infusion suite or interventional pain programme, and provides no emergency or inpatient care.
